[A] Scope of Service:
1) Volume of telephone queries from public based on previous data is 14050 calls for 1 month period from March 31 to April 26.
2) Operators receiving calls from the public on the helpline will be required to record the name and address of the caller along with some other additional detail
3) The operator will input these details into a designed web-based application.
4) Operators will receive training from us on how to deal with the various types of call received including which calls to relay back for resolution.
5) The average duration of a call which is successfully resolved by the operator is expected to be 2 minutes and 45 seconds. These calls are expected to make up approximately 92% of all calls received by operators – approx 12,970 calls.
6) The average duration of a call which is beyond the scope of operator training and must be relayed to us is 1 minute. For these calls, the name and address and other contact details of the caller will be taken and relayed to us for resolution. These calls are expected to make up approximately 8% of all calls received – approx 1080 calls.
7) The service is to be available between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 for the period of the contract.
8) Provide daily reports of all calls.
9) The initial contract is expected to commence towards the end of March 2011 and run for 3 weeks.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: EUROPE based companies are eligible.
