[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractors need to provide photocopying and scanning services to address the immediate needs of the Department’s case records.
2) It is not anticipated that vendors will be able to service all geographic locations within the state. For this reason, it is likely that the RFR be structured to allow the vendor to state which geographic area/s it can serve.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: 300000 USD statewide
