[A] Scope of Service:
1) Create a website using a content management system technology that is flexible and has intuitive user and administrative interfaces that are easy to maintain
2) Site navigation through drill-down menus will quickly take users to the source of the information they seek.
3) A robust, all-inclusive search tool will be an integral part of the site
4) All current applications run from the current website will be compatible with the new site, and will be migrated to the new site
5) To be effective, our website must be easy to navigate, quick to load and browse, visually pleasing, and above all, informative.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
