[A] Scope of Service:
1) The term of this contract shall be from February 1, 2011 through January 31, 2012
2) Images are to be scanned from a variety of originals.
3) Contractor needs to pick up and deliver documents from our premises within 2 weeks.
4) Scanned images shall be placed on a CD or other approved media for delivery. CD shall include an index file to be used during the import process containing path, image name and fields uniquely indentifying images.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
