[A] Scope of Service:
1) Analysis and Planning Phase:
- Checklist for required content and pages for departmental site templates; and plan for migration of existing content.
2) Design Phase:
- Use strategic plan to design the information architecture (site map), content navigation model, content mapping and function user interface. The design should include a plan for intranet and internet communications.
3) The Hospital would like to see at least three different proposed designs for the new site, including color palettes, fonts, suggested guidelines regarding use of images, video and other aesthetic considerations.
4) Development Phase
- Using approved documents from previous phases, build new website. This will include a plan for setting up local servers, and migration of all existing content.
5) Training Phase
- Hospital administrators and staff members will be trained in using the Content Management System.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
