[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide Offsite Data Entry Services of for government authority.
2) Vendor needs to provide services for around 1.7 million forms and documents.
3) Online entry/verification, which involves working from digitally imaged documents to enter, verify and/or correct data shown on page sized documents that have been scanned. This includes processes for item-by-item data entry (key from image) and, optical and/or intelligent character recognition.
4) Traditional key to disk data entry, which involves working from paper forms, with either fixed or variable lengths.
5) Contract period shall be for a three (3) years and may be extended for two (2) additional periods of up to one (1) year.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
