We are Australia based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Inbound Call Center Services and Email Services.

[A] Scope of Service:

1) In the first six months of 2010 over 400,000 calls were made to our Call Centers.
2) The Average Handling Time was 5 minutes 30 seconds.
3) Contractor will be also required to make outbound calls to gather or to provide information whenever required.
4) Currently the Department receives emails to a number of generic in-boxes and is looking to streamline response handling to this email traffic through the Successful Vendor. Standard responses and background information will be provided by the Department.
5) The Department currently receives a low volume of facsimile enquiries which it is seeking to have the contractor to handle in the same way as emails.

[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (Australia Only)
[D] Budget: Looking for Proposals
