2) To be effective, the Web-portal must be:

- Quick to upload, operate and maintain
3) Website information architecture, graphic look and feel, user navigation, home page and main navigation templates for each of the main navigation links.
4) Create new logo and new design elements

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
