[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor / Agencies can apply for this tender location wise i.e. contractor can apply for any one of the above 4 locations.
2) Scanning specifications:-
1. Form Scanning (front Page) 150 resolution -grayscale
2. Photo Scanning 300 resolution, Photo Cropping & image clearing 18mm*18mm.
3. Signature scanning 300 resolution –black and white
4. Document scanning 200 resolutions – grayscale.
5. Merging of document for each file.
6. Indexing:
3) Data Entry:-
1. Level I – 40 Fields (600 characters)
2. Level II - 10 fields (250 characters)
3. Data Validation
4. Output file generation
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Companies from anywhere in India can apply for this tender.
