Estimated Budget : 600000 GBP for 2 years
[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide storage for paper records. In addition to documents requiring standard records management processes there will be unique permanent archival material requiring storage, handling and retrieval to the relevant standards.
2) The contract will predominantly encompass: Initial storage of approximately 40 000 linear feet of pre-archival material and approximately 2 000 linear feet of permanent archival material. Please note that these volumes may change over time in line with changing business requirements,
3) File and box level retrieval including secure transportation,
4) Collection of material directly from our location to the supplier’s storage facility,
5) 24/7 online access to supplier’s database of BBC holdings in storage. Ability to upload data from our database to supplier’s database.
6) Scan-on-demand return facilities.
7) Contract will be for a period of 2 years.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (UK)
[D] Budget: 600000 GBP for 2 years.
