[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor will arrange for the pickup & Delivery of the records and film and documents.
2) We can select more than 1 contractor for our requirement. Volumes vary greatly by agency, department or group and may range from 100 to 1,000 or more images per day and some have back file volumes of 100,000 – 200,000 or more pages.
3) Work includes Filming, Processing, and Micrographic Services, Conversion Services, Microfilm, Digital Imaging, and Computer Output.
4) Each Vendor’s contract shall be valid for a two (2) year period from March 1, 2011 through February 28, 2013.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Budget: Looking for Proposals
