[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor will be required to handle telephone calls and email enquiries from consumers.
2) Contractor needs to maintain a database of all calls received.
3) Contractor needs to send daily operational reports detailing relevant key performance indicators such as the number of calls received, the timeframe within which these are answered etc.
4) Fluency in the English language is a prerequisite.
5) Call volume is not mentioned but contractor must be able to accommodate rising or declining call volumes over time.
6) This contract period is from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2013.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
