[A] Scope of Service:
1) To develop a system that will allow users to collect, store and extract program data for evaluation including demographic, registration, student visit information while tracking student health,
2) The system will allow users to enter and analyze diagnostic (International Classification of Diseases –ICD-, Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders –DSM- and Current Procedural Terminology –CPT-) codes.
3) To provide a billing specialist with the ability to:
a. batch insurance claims and send to a clearinghouse electronically
b. provide payment, denial and remittance consultation and follow up
c. post statements to an accounting system
d. process denials
e. appeal denials
f. run reports for each center
g. provide ongoing technical assistance
4) Contract will be for a period of 5 years.
[B] Work Performance:
- Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
