[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor will provide the capability for recording all dictation originating by means of a digital, direct dial and telephonic recording system.
2) Dictation will consist of medical reports on inpatients and outpatients. Reports transcribed will include, but are not limited to Discharge Summaries, Operative Reports, Electromyography Reports, Consultations, Progress Notes, letters and other miscellaneous reports as required.
3) Past production levels indicate that an average of 200,000 lines will be transcribed monthly (4,800 reports). Quantities listed are best estimate of its needs for one-month period. They are not to be interpreted as a guaranteed minimum or a ceiling.
4) Contractor must provide a means for identifying all “STAT” reports. Stat reports must be transcribed and printed within (3) hours of dictation.
5) The contract awarded from this solicitation will be for a period of three (3) years.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
