[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to scan approximately 300000 sheets of drawings.
2) The estimated breakdown of sizes to be scanned is:
a) 24in x 30in - 60%
b) 30in x 42in - 35%
c) Other - 5%
3) The drawings to be scanned are prints, blue lines, Mylar, and other drawing paper.
4) Documents to be scanned in PDF format
5) Documents to be put on CD's
6) Scans to be in black and white
7) Approximate 500-1000 pages will be scanned at one time
8) Successful bidder will pick up and deliver documents to designated location
9) Each batch should be completed within three (3) days
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Budget: Looking for Proposals
