Description :
We are Washington; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Engineering Drawings, Short Run Copying and Scanning.
[A] Scope of Service:
1) These specifications cover the production of loose leaf and bound products, over-sized copying, scanning, OCR scanning, producing CD disk, mounting, laminating, and gathering into sets, packing, and delivery on a fast schedule.
2) Approximately 416 orders per year.
3) Approximately 80% of Format “A” and “B” will be gray scale or black only, while 20% will be in color
4) Format “A”: Up to and including 8-1/2 x 11”.
Format “B”: Over 8-1/2 x 11” up to and including 11 x 17
5) The term of this contract is for the period: beginning January 1, 2011 and ending December 31, 2011.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: Looking for Proposals
