[A] Scope of Service:
1) The web-based Document Management, Document Imaging, Forms and Workflow System will replace manual paper personnel and payroll files for approximately 2000 current employees that will eventually house all inactive personnel files; accounts payable and purchasing files for approximately 8000 current vendors and student record files.
2) Additionally, the system must have workflow capability for routing documents, as well as reporting, to track the status of workflows and place completed electronic documents in the appropriate electronic personnel, student, payroll and/or vendor file.
3) The system will also provide the ability for users, with appropriate security limitations, to access and retrieve stored documents on-line via the web.
4) The ultimate goal is to allow managers, administrative staff and employees to access scanned images.
5) The system must be able to interface with HRMS as the system of record.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
