[A] Scope of Service:
1) We are looking for expert vendor for In-Hours & After Hours Call Answering Service. Volume of the calls is not mentioned in PQQ.
2) Contractor needs to provide out of hours call centre services for social alarms, repairs reporting and anti social behavior reporting.
3) Contract will be for 3 years and extendable for 5 more years depends upon performance.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
