Description :
We are California; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for After Hours Call Answering Service.
[A] Scope of Service:
1) There will be approximate 2,500 monthly inbound calls and 500 outbound calls.
2) The average length of a call is approximately 1 minute.
3) The contractor shall take calls from the general public during non-working hours of 3:30 P.M.
through 8:30 A.M., Monday – Friday.
4) Weekends, furloughs and holidays the proposer will take calls twenty-four (24) hours per day for critical and non-critical service.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA Only)
