[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide Offsite document scanning and indexing services of approximately 70000 documents.
2) The Tender is broken into two LOTS:
LOT A: The scanning of 69675 records/8051 pages.
LOT B: The indexing of 69675 records, involving the population of an Excel 2003/2007 database in a prescribed template format.
3) The scanning must be in accordance with the following requirements :
- 300 DPI Colour – 256 Colours acceptable, 24 bit depth preferred.
-Maximum Page Size for Double Pages is 200KB per page
-Maximum Page Size for Single Pages is 100KB per page
-Each scanned page must be saved in PDF format.
4) Each Singe Page measures approximately 30cm in width * 20 cm in height
5) Each Double Page measures approximately 70cm in width * 20 cm in height
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location. Vendor needs to visit our location for meetings & briefings.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
