[A] Scope of Service:
1) Lot 1:
- To catalogue current, semi-current and non-current files
- To provide off-site file storage facilities and to manage those files held in off-site storage and any future files put into storage over the period of the contract.
- With the ability to provide file collection, retrieval, tracking, destruction and scanning services.
2) Lot 2: To manage an in-house records management service and to establish an archive service.
3) Work includes cataloguing approximately 160,000 files.
4) Contractor needs to provide safe and secure storage of approximately 80,000 files.
5) Contract period will be initially for 1 year.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
