[A] Scope of Service:
1) Provide and host a Web-based, software product that includes the following features:
a. Provides for the collection of certified payrolls,
b. Reviews and tests certified payrolls for compliance
c. Issues deficiencies and corrective actions for issues of non-compliance, and
d. Provides for custom reports.
2) Launch and implement the Web-based software product for use by the Department and sub recipients within 60 days of contract execution.
3) We estimate the need for 5 user accounts for the Department and 375 total user accounts for sub recipients.
4) The term of this contract shall begin approximately on December 1, 2010, and shall terminate on November 30, 2011.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
