[A] Scope of Service:
1) The services to be provided include the recording of proponents meetings, or other like proceedings where a verbatim record and provision of a transcript is required.
2) Services are required throughout the province and, most frequently, in the Greater Victoria, Metro Vancouver, Kamloops & Okanagan, and Nanaimo & northern Vancouver Island areas.
3) Contractor is required to provide accurate recordings and transcripts within particularly short timelines.
4) The effective period of the contract will be two (2) years.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (CANADA)
[D] Budget: 15000 to 20000 CAD (Canadian Dollars)
