1) The primary goal of the project is to migrate the main website onto a modern, well supported and fully featured web content management system.
2) This move will be paired with a transition to a new, effective and modern site design.
3) The contractor will provide all software and services required to effect this migration and redesign.
4) Services are anticipated to include installation, configuration, design and data migration.
5) Functionality on the existing site – including integration with external systems – must be maintained and enhanced except where noted.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
