[A] Scope of Service:
1) We are looking for assistance with an Environmental Scan of nationwide models between State authorities to establish relationships with their State Medicaid managed care entities.
2) Additionally we are looking for technical assistance in the development and implementation of training for Massachusetts state providers and vendors transitioning to third party billing as well as technical and methodological assistance regarding the impact of the Affordable Care Act and other national and state initiatives and their mission to provide quality core services.
3) Contract will be for a period of 1 year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
