We are California; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Offsite Document Scanning.
[A] Scope of Service:
1) Document pickup and delivery
2) Documents will be vary in terms of sizes
3) Scan files into Laser Fiche version 8.1 exported volume format.
4) OCR document
5) Index one to six fields.
6) Generate first CD and duplicate CD's
7) Contract will be for 3 years.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: Looking for Proposals
