[A] Scope of Service:
1) The web site markup (HTML) is required to be valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional or HTML5.
2) The web site redesign is also required to include the 960 Grid System (http://960.gs/).
3) The web site redesign shall be appealing on most web browsers and Internet-enabled mobile devices as well as printers and projectors.
4) Any proposed treatment of interactive elements such as navigational queues and user interface enhancements, or AJAX should rely on jQuery (http://jquerry.com/).
5) Content of the web site will be maintained with Plone, an Open Source Content Management System (http://plone.org/) and themed with XDV (http://pypi.python.org/pypi/xdv).
6) An XML rule file will is not required as a deliverable. Final delivered valid markup will require proper IDs which will to be determined after an initial mockup is approved.
7) The web site redesign is required to display and function correctly for Microsoft Internet Explorer (versions 6, 7, 8 and 9), Mozilla Firefox (Windows, Mac OS X and Linux), Mozilla Fennec), Google Chrome (Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux), Google Android Browser, Apple Safari (windows, MAC OS X, and iOS) and Opera (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux and mobile devices).

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
