[A] Scope of Service:
1) The objective of this project is to scan the Meeting Minutes dating from 1907-2007 and make them available online to employees and the general public.
2) The 635 bound volumes are one-of-a-kind and fragile. Books are roughly 8 ½” x 11”. Volumes have numbered single-sided pages.
3) The total job constitutes approximately 220,000 pages.
4) The selected contractor will perform all scanning and processing on-site.
5) The expected duration of this project is one year.
6) The selected contractor may have access to the Administrative Building and materials for 10 hours per day from 6:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
