Aside from specific functionality, the website should meet the following overarching goals:
1) Provide accurate, current, comprehensive information to audiences, in a visually appealing, user friendly way.
2) Make it easier for audiences to interact with the City.
3) Move transactions online, for citizens and businesses to provide convenience for users and convenience and efficiency.
4) Provide round-the-clock access to information and transactions.
5) Reduce City staff time to handle routine inquiries.
6) Offer a variety of communication methods to keep audiences up-to-date, including e-mail notifications, RSS feeds and Gov 2.0 interaction.
7) Simplify website administration, allowing users of all skill levels the opportunity and means to update assigned sections of the website.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
