[A] Scope of Service:
1) Coordinate the evaluation and reorganization of the site map, content and dynamic requirements for the distribution of an e-newsletter, educational materials and interactive programs.
2) Develop and redesign a new look for the Web site, based on the new site map, design concepts should include the use of stock or original photos for visual enhancement, flash elements and video components.
3) Format and organize all information provided on to the new site.
4) The site should have a Content Management which will allow for trained staff to make updates.
5) Proof web site before launch.
6) Create an online form for the collection of email addresses and contact information.
7) Allow for online donations using PayPal.
8) The Web site design and navigation will be professional, intuitive and fun.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
