[A] Scope of Service:
1) The contractor shall provide non-personal services and furnish all personnel, training, supervision, maintenance, supplies, and services except as specified herein as government-furnished, to provide a turnkey operation to include Medical Transcription Services, Inpatient Medical Records/Coding, APV Medical Records Coding Clerk, Inpatient Rounds, Correspondence and File Clerk.
2) The contractor shall have experience in providing relevant services 24 out of the last 36 months.
3) The Medical Transcription Center, Inpatient Medical Records/Coding, Correspondence and File Clerk services shall be provided continuously during normal working hours, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite; Contractor needs to carry work our office premises.
