[A] Scope of Service:
1) The Contractor must provide verbatim and indexed transcripts of public Board meetings in Microsoft Word 2003 format or a later version.
2) Contractor must deliver a copy of the transcript indexed by word and number and searchable by one meeting or a series of meetings using Real Legal E-Transcript™ or other commercial-off-the-shelf software with similar features.
3) Regular Board meetings are typically held every other Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to approximately 1 p.m. There are approximately 23 regular meetings held per year.
4) Board meetings will generate approximately 3,200 to 3,700 pages of original transcript each year
5) The contract shall be effective for a period of three years.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
