[A] Scope of Service:
1) Vendor needs to provide recommendations for improving our digitization processes, workflows and procedures.
2) This project will be the responsibility of a Digitization Services Consultant/Project Manager. The Digitization Services Consultant/Project Manager will work with our staff, researchers Legal Department and other staff.
3) Vendor needs to provide digitizing consultant service for following documents
- Maps
- Photos
- Newspaper clippings
- Periodicals
- Scrapbooks
- City government records
- Books
- Pamphlets
- Correspondence
4) Collection includes approximately 10,000 items pertaining to history.
5) The Contract(s) awarded from this RFP shall be executed for a one-year initial term with three (3) one-year options.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA Only)
