[A] Scope of Service:
1) Vendor needs to answer inbound calls. Following is Estimated Annual Call Volume
- Financial Aid calls: 28,000
- Admissions calls: 21,000
- Registration and Records calls: 18,000
2) Vendor will respond to phone call inquiries, email inquiries, and chat
3) Weekly average response time on incoming calls must be under three (3) minutes.
4) Vendor must provide a series of reports via web.
5) The contract shall be for an initial one year term.

[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
