[A] Scope of Service:
Client is seeking proposals from interested and qualified vendors to provide
1) Micrographics, film conversion and indexing services
2) Redaction services for redacting “identifying information” from public official records as required by California law
3) Off-site storage of archival data, off-site inventory and maintenance of original historical records and other services as needed.
- Client is procuring various microfilms, film conversion and indexing. Client is responsible for maintaining images of recorded and filed documents, both in electronic format and on film. Client had recorded over 551,683 documents in calendar year 2010, consisting of over 1,668,733 pages. In 2005, client had recorded its highest number of recordation with 993,192 documents, and a total of 5,245,251 pages.
- Vendors are invited to send proposals for all or part of the proposal. Award may or may not include all of these services.
- A mandatory proposal conference will be held on June 3rd, 2011.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
