Specifications:
1) Quarterly publication
2) Booklet size: 8” x 10 ½”
3) Average of 56- 64 pages
4) Front and back covers in color w/ graphics.
5) Interior black ink plus one color
6) Vendor will use existing document design from previous designer. OR, can discuss reformatting catalog.
7) Page layout and editing consists of approximately 50 hours, on a tight time schedule.
8) Vendor shall provide printer and City with electronic files.
9) Vendor shall create PDF files for the website.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Budget: 80000 USD
