[A] Scope of Service:
1) Vendor needs to provide Call Center (Answering) services for government authority between Monday to Friday, 6 pm to 8 am & Saturday 12 pm (noon) to Monday 8 am.
2) Approximate volume of the calls will be 560 calls per month and 2800 minutes per month.
3) Contract will be for a period of 1 year.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
