[A] Scope of Service:
1) Vendor needs to provide Offsite Legal Transcription Service. Vendor needs to collect CDs or hearing cassettes from our office or we will provide those via Certified Mail.
2) Approximate volume of work will be 500 hearings to be transcribed during the calendar year; however, that number may vary. The length of each hearing may vary but they usually have at least 30 – 45 minutes of testimony.
3) We are seeking a vendor to provide professional transcribing services, including all necessary equipment and supplies therefore of hearings which have been recorded on CDs or C-60, cassette tapes.
4) The terms of this contract shall be for a twelve month period beginning July 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2012. At the option of the Contracting Agency, this contract may be renewed, under the same terms and conditions, for two (2) additional one (1) year periods for a maximum of three (3) years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
