[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contract needs to provide the below mentioned services:
a) Transcription of physician clinic notes.
b) Transcription of audio logical clinic notes
c) Transcription of letters and correspondence.
2) Vendor needs to provide offsite medical transcription service. Approximate volume of the work will be 50,000 lines per year.
3) Vendor will pick up the transcription packages from our office and return the completed work.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
