[A] Scope of Service:
1) Vendor needs to provide Technical Assistance via 24/7 Call Center services, 365/366 days per year
2) Vendor/Proposer or its subcontractors or its key personnel must have at least five (5) years’ experience providing call center services for organizations utilizing Microsoft applications including the currently supported versions of Windows, Office Suite, Outlook / Exchange, Office Communicator, web based / cloud computing, heterogeneous networks, including Microsoft, Apple and Novell operating systems and servers and other technical services.
3) These services shall be level one support for all computer related hardware and software issues for the employees and contractors.
4) The services will include opening, resolving, reassigning, tracking, reporting and trend analysis for all calls received by the Call Center.

[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
