[A] Scope of Service:
1) Tasks include accessing dynamic electronic document repository website, performing character recognition, indexing, and tagging of form fields and metadata, and applying form and field rules with final conversion to TIF and PDF for retrieval and archival purposes on dynamic website.
2) Each day, end users will be scanning and uploading TIF images into edocs and a portion of the documents will require OCR indexing.
3) TIF images will be uploaded daily. It is anticipated approximately 250,000 to 350,000 parent documents will require OCR indexing every month.
4) The term of this contract is for 1 year.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
