[A] Scope of Service:
1) The successful Proposer shall have experience providing third party billing services preferably making direct payments to physicians on behalf of a government or public entity.
2) The successful Proposer shall be capable of handling approximately 60 to 125 invoices daily, approximately 1,500 to 4,000 invoices monthly.
3) The successful Proposer shall be capable of processing approximately $1,000,000.00 in payments per year.
4) The successful Proposer shall be able to work collaboratively with all hospitals and physicians and shall provide administrative services in accordance with industry standards.
5) Contractor needs to provide professional Third Parry Administration of Medical Billing Services on an annual basis for a period of three (3) years.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
