[A] Scope of Service:
1) Services include blackline copying of drawings and for the binding of those copies; and for photocopying specifications and for the binding of those copies.
2) An estimated 120 facilities have existing drawings. Any scanning services that may be needed will be in various sizes.
3) An estimated fifteen (15) design/construction projects, requiring printed sets of drawings and specifications, will be occurring at varying times during the contract period.
4) Each project may require blackline prints and bound specifications. Quantities of sets may vary and duplication of the same set on more than one occasion may be required.
5) We will supply original drawings and specifications sheets for copying.
6) Blackline prints require standard binding (heavy stock strip with staples).
7) A 3-day (calendar days) turnaround time is required from the date originals are received at the vendor.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
