[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide medical transcription services.
2) Contractor is expected to transcribe dictated material pertinent to the medical care of patients.
3) Due to security and privacy concerns associated with sensitive data that may be dictated and transcribed, all contractors MUST be physically located and work in the United States.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
