[A] Scope of Service:
1) There are four (4) basic call types that we would like addressed. These call types are:
- Address changes
- Telephone number changes
- Retirement account withdrawals
- Beneficiary changes
2) Current call volumes dictate that we receive approximately 5,000 of these call types per month.
3) To meet annual call volume expectations, three (3) to five (5) overflow partner seats are needed.
4) Regular work hours for call center are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time.
5) Service level = 80% of calls offered answered within 20 seconds.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
