[A] Scope of Service:
1) We are seeking a single vendor to provide comprehensive digital medical dictation and transcription services for the radiology department.
2) Vendor must provide with a digital dictation system which will be located on site.
3) Contract period will be from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
4) Volume of lines per year will be approximate 12,75,000 lines.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite; Contractor needs to carry work on their office premises.
