[A] Scope of Service:
1) Document needs to be picked up by the vendor, on weekly basis, on each Thursday.
2) Documents shall be processed weekly basis, with 1 week turn-around time.
3) Documents obtained needs to key verified and presented on CD or DVD ROMs.
4) There will be approximate 600 documents on monthly basis.
5) Contract will be from date of award till December 31, 2011.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
