2) The system and its processes must be auditable.
3) Functionality - a customizable and repeatable job creation process
4) Reporting - a complete suite of management information and user-friendly reporting capabilities
5) Administration and Configuration - a broad range of administration and configuration capabilities to allow customizing the tools to support their processes.
6) Approval workflows and request forms;
7) On boarding - Provision of an employee on-boarding functionality.
8) A service desk that supports multiple channels of communication (website, email, telephone).

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
