[A] Scope of Service:
1) The design firm will be expected to conduct a competitive analysis along with a website audit. The results of the competitive analysis should be used to develop and present an information hierarchy. Finally the design firm will present graphic design ideas based on the information hierarchy and in keeping with the established brand identity. We will provide all appropriate content.
2) The primary audience for the website will be prospective students. With the redesign, prospective students will easily find all the information they need to choose a degree, register for a class and/or get more information. The current site boasts 200+ pages. Another goal of the project is to significantly reduce the number of pages on the new site (by at least half).
3) The most active pages of the site will be the registration page, homepage, financial aid section and the education and training partnership .These three pages will require a content management system that can be used internally at by staff.
4) The redesigned site will contain links to Banner for the online application. The site may also link to the customer relationship management firm for online chat as part of the redesign.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
