Estimated Budget :410000 USD
[A] Scope of Service:
1) Estimated pages requiring scanning and conversion may be as low as 40,000 pages and up to 6,000,000 pages per year, depending on volume of records on hand and/or received.
2) Between fiscal years 2009 and mid-2010, total number of pages scanned was approximately 3,254,000.
3) In addition to scanning and converting personnel files, contractor shall destroy boxes of these files. The estimated number of boxes for destruction may range between 200 and 5,000 over five years.
4) All work provided in the performance of this contract shall be at the contractor’s facility. We will prefer Vendors, who carry work nearby our office location within Virginia.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: 400,000 USD to 410,000 USD for 5 years
